admirable stay

warm greetingcharming decorquality productsmall car park
The receptionist greeted me warmly and explained everything including parking. The hotel was like a grand hotel reminiscent of london. the decor was charming. i enjoyed the tasty afternoon tea. it rivaled those i experienced in top london hotels. Service was attentive, yet not stuffy. the breakfast also featured quality products.
I found the car park quite small, and i got the last space. it would be a bit stressful if it were full. Steps lead to reception, and you must go through the outdoor restaurant. that seems a bit odd. i didn't expect this layout for a hotel in this category
Location
9/10
the hotel offers an excellent location. it is within walking distance of the center. a park is directly in front of the hotel, while shopping and dining options are a short walk away, making it ideal for exploring the area.
Service
10/10
the staff maintained a consistently polite and helpful demeanor. they provided attentive service. the room was thoroughly cleaned each day. the breakfast service also ensured high quality.

This was my first visit. it worked adequately. staff helped greatly with bags. it is a quite clean hotel and good. i would return if i must be in this location agein.
the gym equipment feels a little dated, so it would really benifit from some improvement.

wonderful getaway

beautiful furnishingscomfortable bedample spacecute staff
I found the suite beautiful. The furnishings looked great. the bed was comfortable and i slept soundly. the bathroom provided ample space (it was well appointed). the hotel impressed me with its overall appearance of luxury. the staff seemed cute and eager to help. Their positive attitude.
The car park had limited small spaces, requiring some negotiation to find a spot, especially given the traffic system. upon arriving by car, we had to inquire about directions to the car park. This was not an auspicious start.
Location
9/10
the hotel is just a short walk from the train station (about 7 minutes). it is located centrally, offering easy access to the city's attractions and amenities. i found this location incredibly convenient for exploring.
Dining
9/10
the hotel offers a quality breakfast, setting guests up well for the day. i dined in the reading room, and it was one of the best meals i have had (i especially enjoyed the chef's butternut squash veloute amuse-bouche). the dinner service was great.
Facilities
8/10
the hotel provides a tea and coffee station as well as a minifridge in the room. a good internet connection is available. the hotel has a sauna cabin and steam room on the 9th floor; this can be booked at reception.
Service
10/10
the staff provided a congratulations note with chocolates in the room. a receptionist brought me a toothbrush and paste very quickly after i requested it. they were very happy to help; their positive attitude made the stay feel special.

admirable stay

They also showed great knowledge of the surrounding area. the provided room was fantastic. It was clean, bright, and felt fresh. i found the staff to be very polite and helpful throughout my stay.
I discovered that the gym equipment was hardly adequate with only light weights available. This made it a facility not particularly of note.
Dining
8/10
breakfast included a buffet service, however, the choice was somewhat limited, resembling what one might expect from a chain motel. chairs were uncomfortable, and the furnishings felt basic!.
Facilities
8/10
the hotel offered a tiny lift to access all floors; it proved quite inconvenient during peak times. the gym facilities included some basic equipment, though they were hardly adequate for a comprehensive workout.
Service
9/10
the staff were invariably helpful and attentive whenever needed; they addressed requests promptly. the reception team handled bookings efficiently and provided useful local information. despite some shortcomings, their welcoming demeanor made up for it.
Location
9/10
the location was advantageous, situated only a short walk from both the central area and the main street. this proximity made accessing local attractions and amenities quite straightforward for exploration.
